Kate Daniels Imbesi is a dedicated advocate for children involved in the court system, with a deep commitment to promoting their safety, healing, and voice. Since 2004, she has been an integral part of the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP), providing vital support for vulnerable children.
Kate’s legal career includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office in Pennsylvania, where she prosecuted complex cases involving major crimes, sex crimes, and crimes against children. Her expertise extends to education, having served as an adjunct professor at Temple University, where she taught about sex crimes and the law.
In addition to her legal work, Kate is a trustee for the Patriarch Family Foundation and has actively contributed to various nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. She is a valued member of the Board of Trustees for Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, where she also serves on the President’s Leadership Council.
Kate has earned recognition from local law enforcement for her unwavering dedication to victims of sexual child abuse. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where she is honored to serve as a member of the Suffolk Law Dean’s Cabinet.
A passionate advocate for children and families, Kate is a devoted wife to her husband, Anthony, and a proud mother of three daughters.
