After a decade in private practice, Kevin brings his legal experience and approachable personality to MCAP and the children we serve. As a staff attorney, Kevin focuses on Protection from Abuse (PFA) matters, protecting children’s rights in criminal cases and dependency proceedings. Prior to joining MCAP, Kevin was the owner of A.J.M. Law Firm LLC, a real estate and consumer law practice named after his beloved nephew, that specialized in zoning and land use matters and chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Kevin is a proud two-time Temple University Owl, graduating from the University's Beasley School of Law in 2015 and Fox School of Business in 2012, and he is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA. Kevin is a native of Hatboro, PA and a diehard Eagles/Flyers fanatic.
