Erin earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Villanova University School of Law, and her Bachelor's degree in Government from Georgetown University. Erin's professional background includes a career as an insurance defense and professional liability claims attorney. She is currently VP of Risk Management & Marketing for Attorney Protective, which is a legal malpractice insurance company.

Erin has been on the Board of MCAP since 2023. In her personal life, Erin is mother of four amazing kids (Declan, Maeve, Kieran & Briar) and has been married to her husband Matt for almost 20 years. Whether advocating for children at MCAP or coaching her kids in sports, supporting kids is her real passion.
