This seminar will provide training for attorneys interested
in becoming Child Advocates in MCAP (Montgomery Child
Advocacy Project) and for attorneys who are already Child
Advocates and would like an update on Child Advocacy
Law and Practice. Topics will include the Child Advocate
Attorney in Criminal and Dependency Court, Office of
Children and Youth and the Child Advocate, Medical Issues,
A Simulated Child Interview, a View of the Child Advocate's
role from the Bench and Ethical issues in Child Advocacy
practice, presented in a fun and challenging interactive
game show format. |
