MCAP IS ABOUT HELPING CHILDREN

In its initial year, 2004, the 60 MCAP advocates represented and protected the interests of 90 children. In 2005, 77 advocates represented and protected 197 children.  In 2006, 100 trained advocates served 255 children in 146 cases.  As of August 2007, MCAP has cumulatively represented 693 children in 426 cases.  While MCAP attorneys provide the necessary legal support, we are depending upon social services, community volunteers and charitable contributions to ensure the long term stability of MCAP.
