First Annual! Heroes on the Run! 5K

Time to lace up your sneakers and join us on this spectacular 5K RUN at the historic Norristown Farm Park, a unique breath-taking treasure of paved trails, tree-lined woods, fertile farms, a seasonal stocked trout stream, and so much more. All proceeds go to MCAP’s ongoing efforts to give vulnerable children a voice while they heal from the horrific effects of abuse and neglect.

After you work out, enjoy a family-friendly fun festival with face painting, snacks, music, and other fun games.
